- Pre-Cooling: Garlic cooled to core temperature ≤0°C in cold storage before loading
- Container Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI): Reefer unit tested and verified functional. Container clean, odor-free, no damage.
- Temperature Setting: -1°C to +1°C for fresh garlic. Temperature logger placed inside container.
- Loading Pattern: Cartons stacked to maximize airflow. Air channels maintained between pallets.
- Seal Recording: Container seal number photographed and recorded on all shipping documents.
