Our 50,000-square-meter processing facility in Jinxiang features: (1) automated sorting and grading lines with optical color sorting, (2) temperature-controlled cold storage with 5,000-ton capacity at -2°C to 0°C, (3) dedicated peeling and vacuum-packing lines with citric acid treatment, (4) dehydration and milling equipment for powder, granules, and flakes, and (5) black garlic fermentation chambers with precisely controlled temperature and humidity.
